Dylan is the CEO of Hoosier Health. He has a personal training certification with the ISSA. Some of his hobbies include playing sports, working out and spending time with his friends and loved ones. His passion for exercise and nutrition began back in 2017 when he started his weight loss journey. Now down 120 pounds, he wants to help others make that change for themselves.
Bryce is the COO of Hoosier Health. He attended Ball State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Bryce likes all sports, traveling, and hanging out with his friends and family. His love for strength training and nutrition has lead him to wanting to help others achieve there fitness goals.
When it comes to nutrition we will educate you on macronutrients and what you should be fueling your body with. We will also provide custom plans for you specifically and work with you on tracking your foods.
Everyone is different when it comes to exercise, we will find a plan that works best for you and your everyday life. It doesn't necessarilyhave to be in the gym. We just need a good fit for you, so that you can stay healthy and active.
